HVS系列高电压,高速固态开关设计用于Pockels电池驱动器,纳秒脉冲发生器,激光二极管驱动器等应用。
半导体技术的最新发展与我们尖端的专利设计相结合,使其能够实现卓越的性能。
HVS系列用于我们的Pockels电池驱动器和激光二极管驱动器。作为单独的组件,它们具有极具竞争力的价格。我们提供两种类型的开关:超高速型号HVS-XXX-F,电压变量为指定值的±15%,以及应用电压大范围变化的开关,型号HVS-XXX-V。
推拉和单脉冲(PULSE PICKERS)型号提供了大量开关类型的选择。
